Chris Cornell’s Estate Releases Covers Album Called ‘No One Sings Like You Anymore’

Chris Cornell

Chris Cornell’s family estate released a covers album, featuring songs recorded by the late artist.

No One Sings Like You Anymore includes ten covers selected by Cornell himself. The Soundgarden frontman recorded all of the tracks in 2016 and the album is a tribute to the artists who inspired the rock musician.

Cornell’s remakes feature songs from John Lennon, Janis Joplin, Guns N’ Roses (released in July), Prince, Ghostland Observatory, Electric Light Orchestra, and more.

Chris Cornell’s wife, Vicky Cornell, said the artist “couldn’t wait to release it.” In a statement about the collection, she expressed how special this project is. “It is a complete work of art that Chris created from start to finish. This moment is bittersweet because he should be here doing it himself, but it is with both heartache and joy that we share this special album.”

The album is available to stream, however a physical copy will be available to purchase on March 19, 2o21. You can pre-order No One Sings Like You Anymore now.
