Lewis Capaldi Says He’s Done Writing Second Album

You can expect new music from Lewis Capaldi, possibly soon.

The singer-songwriter revealed that he’s completed writing his sophomore album. “I have 11 new songs for the new album now. Hopefully it will be out at some point next year.”

The Scottish singer-songwriter shared the news during a celebratory Q&A with fans. Capaldi was commemorating the one-year anniversary of his 2019 debut album Divinely Uninspired To A Hellish Extent, while also raising money for CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably).


Additionally, on May 15 Capaldi released a live EP called To Tell The Truth I Can’t Believe We Got This Far. The new EP features six live tracks from studio sessions, BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge, and The BRIT Awards.
