Milky Chance is made up of Clemens Rehbein and Philipp Dausch who have been best friends since high school, which was when they started making music. Their first release in 2013, “Stolen Paradise” was a smash hit in Europe reaching number one in France, Belgium, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Hungary and Austria. Later that same year, they released their first album Sadnecessary in Germany, and a year later in the US. 

Milky Chance recently performed their latest single with Jack Johnson “Don’t Let Me Down” on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert:

Klara and Johanna Söderberg are the duo behind the Swedish folk group First Aid Kit.

They have been writing and performing music since they were children, citing a wide range of influences from Billie Holiday to Bright Eyes. First Aid Kit garnered some attention online after covering “Tiger Mountain Peasant Song” by Fleet Foxes in 2008. Not too long after they signed to Witchita Records. “Emmylou” was chosen as “Single of the Year” by Rolling Stone in 2012 and in 2019, they were nominated for “Best International Group.” 

Their latest album Ruins is available now.

 

Lewis Del Mar performing live at the Live Morning Broadcast during SXSW

 

Danny Miller and Max Harwood, from Lews Del Mar, met at 9-years-old. They started off traveling the country playing bar shows until they moved to NYC. When they dropped their first single “Loud(y)” in 2015 they saw success getting the #1 spot on Hype Machine. They released their debut album Lewis Del Mar in 2016 with Columbia Records.

Their second album titled AUGUST is set to release 8.21.2020

Shawn Colvin is a singer-songwriter and solo recording artist from Illinois. Colvin’s debut album Steady On won a Grammy in 1991 for Best Contemporary Folk Album. Her 1997 single “Sunny Came Home” saw commercial success and went on to win two Grammy awards in 1998.

Okkervil River “Pink Slips”  [ACL 2013] 

Okkervil River is an American rock band from Austin, Texas. They released Stars Too Small To Use in 1999 and went on to SXSW. Since then, they have released several EPs and albums over the years and even appeared on The Late Show with Conan O’Brien. 

Okkervil River currently has a 12 month subscription available for 12 live albums (one a month) for fans to hear the progression of their sound:
