Catch Up on the Latest Music Releases

There's so much new music out, and we know it can be tricky to keep up. That's why we've listed some for you that are definitely worth checking out.

 

Phantogram

It’s been three years since Phantogram released their last original single “Someday.” And now, they're back. Last Friday the band released a new tune “Into Happiness.” The duo is currently working on their latest album, and have hinted about releasing new music in the near future. The band took to Instagram to express their love for the single and their fans.

 

 

Phantogram is hitting the road soon with Bob Moses and will be performing at Stubb’s on September 14th. Tickets are now available for purchase. Listen to "Into Happiness" below.

SHAED

Indie electro-pop duo SHAED has released a new single called “ISOU.” This past week the trio’s single “Trampoline” hit number one on the Billboard Alternative Songs Chart. SHAED is the first band to lead the top of the chart with female-lead vocals in 16 years. Aside from their latest single, the band released their EP MELT in 2018 and are currently on tour scheduled to perform at Firefly Music Festival, Electric Forest Festival, Lollapalooza, and more. The Voidz

If you’re in the mood for an “out of this world” tune, this one’s for you. Last Friday The Voidz released a single called “The Eternal Tao.” Mac DeMarco and Kirin J. Callinan produced the techno-funk track. This is the band’s latest single since their latest album Virtue, which was released last year. The Voidz are currently on tour and frontman Julian Casablancas is also taking the stage with The Strokes. You can listen to the song below.

King Gizzard & The Lizzard Wizard

 

Australian band King Gizzard & The Lizzard Wizard takes a dip into the metal world with their new tune “Self-Immolate.” The new track features distorted guitars and heavy vocals; plus an imploring chorus from singer Stu Mackenzie saying, “I want to be set on fire.” Check out the music video below.
