Mandy Moore Announces New Album

Mandy Moore

A decade is worth the wait when it comes to Mandy Moore.

It’s been over 20 years since the release of Moore’s late ’90’s hit bop “Candy,” and more than 10 years since she dropped her last full-length album Wild Hope.

Straying away from music, the singer-songwriter and actress spent the past years starring in films such as Tangled, 47 Meters Down, The Darkest Minds, and has played a lead role in the award-winning series This Is Us since 2016.

The pause in Moore’s music career is back in motion, and she’s more candid than ever in her upcoming album Silver Landings, which will be released on March 6th via Verve Forecast Records.

“I had a lot to unpack about my feelings toward music and my sense of worth in what I brought to the table,” said Moore in a recent interview with Entertainment Weekly. When asked about her return to music, Mandy Moore gave a straightforward response: “I missed it.” Reflecting on the past 10 years of her life, the singer and actress is sharing all of it with her fans. The new album will feature 10 songs, including her latest singles, “When I Wasn’t Watching,” “I’d Rather Lose,” “Save A Little For Yourself,” and “Fifteen.”
