Austin City Limits Tapings for Season 45 Announced

Austin City Limits Season 45 tapings are coming soon.

The tapings will begin next month. Rising country star Kane Brown will be the first artist to make an appearance this season on March 3rd.

This will be Brown’s first broadcast episode on the longest-running music television show in history. Brown’s single “Lose It” topped airplay charts, which followed his chart-topping hits “What Ifs” and “Heaven.”

Next on the list is Austin native Gary Clark, Jr.

On March 5th, Clark, who’s known for his soul music, will perform on the ACL stage for the third time. And now, the star will make his first-ever appearance on Saturday Night Live on February 16th. Following that will be Clark’s third studio album, This Land, which is due out on February 22nd.

On April 9th, you can expect to see The Revivalists perform on the ACL stage for the first time. The rock band’s hit song, “Wish I Knew You” made its way to platinum.  

The band is currently on tour, and will take the stage at Stubb’s. The band’s first show is sold out, but tickets are available for the second night on March 31st. 

Lastly is Rainbow Kitten Surprise on May 6th. This will be the band’s first appearance on Austin City Limits.
