Earlier this week we were lucky enough to be visited by the lovely Jade Bird, who stopped by the Dell Music Lounge for an intimate acoustic performance before her big show at Antone’s on Wednesday. She played stripped down versions of four of her tracks (including “Uh Huh” and “Good Woman” which you can watch below), and caught up with ACL Radio’s Andy Langer about life on the road, the importance of delivering a strong feminist message in her work, and the experience of navigating the music industry as a woman.
