The 30 year-old superstar has no “desire” to do another big show according to a new interview with British Vogue. Right now her song ‘Flowers’ has been a huge hit and anticipation for a big new tour is buzzing amongst the fans.

It seems one of pop and country’s favorite voices has grown cold to performing in front of big crowds. She shared that she’d rather perform to intimate audiences consisting of her friends and family instead of larges masses of fans. “Like, singing for hundreds of thousands of people isn’t really the thing that I love,” she expressed. “There’s no connection. There’s no safety… It’s also not natural. It’s so isolating because if you’re in front of 100,000 people then you are alone.”

Her newest Music Video: ‘Jaded’

Cyrus has taken a break since her last headlining arena show during 2014’s “Bangerz” world tour. Since then she has done big crowd shows including ACL Fest in 2021 and a few other festival performances. She said “I kind of looked at it as more of a question. And I can’t. Not only ‘can’t,’ because ‘can’t’ is your capability, but my desire. Do I want to live my life for anyone else’s pleasure or fulfillment other than my own?”

That artist does have some hints for performances suggesting a luxury resort appearance. In her interview with British Vogue she says “Am I going on tour? Yeah, the Aman hotel tour,” she quipped. “Singing in the lobby for that complimentary massage.”
