Shakey Graves Auctions Guitar to Benefit Non-Profit

Shakey Graves on stage at ACL Live

Shakey Graves is ready to kick off his tour this summer. But that’s not all he’s doing. The Austin-based artist just launched an auction to benefit the Children’s Cancer Association flagship program MyMuiscRx. The music medicine program provides intimate music performances to ill kids of all ages. Patients can watch these exclusive performances online.

The Americana musician is auctioning a custom-beaded design guitar that was donated by Epiphone. The artist released a video displaying the art piece that celebrates his concert with Dr.Dog at Red Rocks Amphitheatre. Check it out  below.

It took over 12 days to complete. Bidding has begun and the auction will run until the end of Shakey Graves’ tour on September 30th.

The artist is set to perform at Whitewater Amphitheater on August 24th. Register now for your chance to win a pair of tickets to the show.
