To kick off MOIC’s Ice Cream Truck Austin’s summer residency, it will set up on Austin’s South Congress Ave to serve up smiles with free ice cream. After National Ice Cream Day, the truck will be stationed on South Congress Ave every weekend until the end of summer for guests to purchase ice cream. FREE.
